Material:
Low alloy high strength structural steel Q345 is chosen as the hammer's substrate, and its hardness can reach 55 to 60HRC through a special process. This kind of treatment will effectively prevent the material from abrasion. The angular hardness can reach the hardness of 62-70HRC by utilizing tungsten carbide in the arm surface to ensure it is wear-resistant.
This kind of raw material has been proved by our wide customers that Q345 is highly efficient and has a long lifespan. Besides, we can adjust the stacking welding form and thickness of the tungsten carbide to meet the customer's different requirements about the material crushing conditions.
How To Provide High-Quality Hammers?
1. Timely test of the hammer's materials.
2. Seriouly control the size, only the hammer's sizes are within GB4381-87 and can be delivered. The gap difference between the aperture and the pin roll is less than 0.5mm
3. Strictly stacking the weld according to the drawings
4. The group weight difference is being controlled within 5g. Since the small weight difference between groups will have little vibration and
could protect the host equipment well.
